Prince Radzivil of Poland

The Radzivils have been in the news for centuries. Without further identification on the print, we assume this one to be Charles Stanislas Radzivil (1734-1790) whose claim to fame appears to have been enormous wealth coupled with eccentricity. Fine impression on laid paper trimmed outside the borderline and with the blank plate margin below.
