Description: |
A fine impression, printed with strong retroussage at the left, on laid japan paper with full margins, signed in pencil and with the Sagot blind stamp; some glue stains and light foxing near the edges of the sheet, thin spots. The scene shows the route at the left with a double border of trees, at the center the Seine and its embankment and at the right a few trees of the island of Billancourt. Figures stroll or play alongside the river and in the foreground a girl runs down the embankment twoard the river. In the far distance is the viaduct of the Point-du-Jour. |
