Fine, strong impression on laid paper with large margins. The print was published in Paris a l'Eau-Forte, Tome VII, No. 109, May 23, 1875 and, from the size of the sheet, this impression is probably from that edition. The scene is a typical Hervier interior with a peasant family, cooking, laundering and children everywhere. |
