The Dream of Silenus
Etching, with touches of engraving, 340 x 443 mm., Dutuit VI-151-53. A fine impression on laid paper with small margins; a few stains, edge tears and corners repaired, hardly affecting the image. The Rubens painting is in the Academy, Vienna. The image is particularly notable for the vast variety of wine vessels portrayed.
