Very fine, rich impression on thin, laid japan paper with small margins, larger at the base, signed in pencil. The resemblance to Whistler's Beggars from hsi Venetian set is hardly coincidental, although in Cameron's style, foreground, mid-ground and background are all equally clear and distinct. |
