Very fine impression printed with a light plate tone in the sky, the foreground wiped clean, on laid paper with good margins, signed in pencil and inscribed to M. Daliphard. Pencil signed impressions of Lalanne etchings are scarce. The state corresponds to Villet's iii/iii but is without the number .199 at the upper right. That state was included in various publications of the Societé des Aquafortistes. |
