A fine impression with bright and effective hand coloring on laid paper with full margins, as published by Martinet himself. Mme Pelise is shown on a snowy day, a buxom woman made larger by winter clothing and a large feathered hat. She carries a large fur muff, from inside of which her rather bewildered small dog pokes its head. Two other people, in equally exaggerated dress are seen from the rear walking away. |
