Description: |
A very fine and delicate impression on old, greyish laid paper with good margins, signed in pencil. According to Bliss, one of only 15 impressions of the state. The scene shows a tree-lined river bank with two fishermen on the right bank; near them, a boy relaxes against a bale of hay and across the river a man gathers branches. |
