A fine atmospheric impression, printed à la Whistler with manipulated plate tone, on wove paper with full margins, signed in pencil. The view is down the Thames, through an arch of London Bridge, with shipping on the river and Tower Bridge open to allow a large sailing vessel through. Vehicular traffic jams London Bridge at the top of the plate.
