The Triumph of Flora (Spring)
Engraving, 56 x 243 mm., Bartsch 133, ex collections: William Bell Scott (Lugt 2607); W. B. Dukes (L. 2757a). An almost-fine impression with inky plate edges, not as dark as that illustrated in TIB, but clearer and with fewer plate scratches, on laid paper with thread margins on three sides, trimmed on the platemark at the left; flattened old vertical folds. This is the original Solis engraving, not one of the three copies also illustrated in TIB
